about moments
Traditional black & white photography
Analog photography on film, developed in a darkroom has its very own
character, enabling to express the "truth of time" these meaningful passed moments,
hold in the graininess of a photographic emulsion including its chemical grain.
To follow my very traditional way of classical black & white photography
but with digital tools, I use high-res full-frame cameras from Sony.
Instead of using the high resolution for increasing detail, I use it to
reconstruct photographic chemical grain, to achieve the look I grew up with.
I developed my first nude photography in the age of 16, in late 80s of last century,
when music came from tapes and photography from films.
Today I use digital tools, expecting them to reproduce the exact same level
of perceptibly deepness of meaning in moments of frozen time.
